CHARLOTTE, N.C. – WCCB meteorologist Brian Basham is going big on his solar eclipse coverage, and he talked with eclipse chaser, Gordon Telepun.
Gordon has seen three solar eclipses, and is the developer of the ‘Solar Eclipse Timer‘ app, which walks users through how to observe the eclipse down to the second! NASA will even be using the app over their PA systems at observation sites to make eclipse announcements.
