CMPD Searching For South Boulevard Robbery Suspects

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is asking for assistance identifying the suspects responsible for an armed robbery on South Boulevard.

Police say three suspects entered the La Romero establishment located at 6301 South Boulevard, on August 16th, 2017, and brandished handguns, which they pointed at employees.

The suspects then robbed the business of property and fled on foot towards Wicker Drive.

The first suspect was described as a black male, approximately 6’0” tall, muscular build and was last seen wearing dark clothing, a book bag, dark sneakers and a dark cloth covering the lower part of his face.

The second suspect was described as approximately 5’8”-5’10” tall, with a thin build, shoulder length dreadlocks, dark clothing and wearing a white shirt over his face.

The third suspect was a black male, approximately 5’-8”-5’10” tall, heavy set, wearing a dark blue shirt, black shorts that had white stripes, a dark toboggan and a black bandana covering his face.
