The Panthers will start Cam Newton again the Jacksonville Jaguars tonight. Cam’s coming off shoulder surgery on his throwing arm. And he says, his soreness is completely gone. Preseason games are pretty much glorified practices they don’t count. Should the Panthers risk Cam hurting himself again for tonight?
