CHARLOTTE, NC — CMPD needs help finding a missing 28-year-old Hispanic male who they say has a diminished mental capacity.
Luis Figueroa is described as being 6 feet tall, 147 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Officials say he was last seen wearing a black tank top with a green and blue design, black shorts, and black sneakers.
Anyone with information on Figueroa’s whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600 or 911.
