We’re going to the experts to understand how much screen time is too much, how it affects young people, and what you can do as a parent to make sure tech is a tool, and not a lifestyle.
Tom Kersting is a psychotherapist, and author of the book, ‘Disconnected: How and Why We Should Rescue Our Kids From Their Electronic Devices‘.
