Officer Chad Webster, the community coordinator for the University City Division, is the author of ‘The Legend of Mr. Creepy.’
Officer Webster uses his background as an inspiration to write his story. It centers around a police officer’s daughter and a friend- a duo called Mystery Muffin and Soda Pop Slooth.
He stopped by Rising to chat with the couch crew about his new book.
