UNION COUNTY, NC — A student riding a bicycle was injured in a hit and run Thursday morning.
Union County deputies say the student was crossing Wesley Chapel Road when the vehicle the the bike’s rear tire.
It was at that moment the car fled the scene. It is being described as a small four-door gray car.
The student only suffered minor injuries.
