HICKORY, N.C — Catawba County Sheriffs are searching for suspect in a homicide that occurred at Whitener Rd. on September 6th.
The Sheriff’s Office states that the victim is 36-year-old Tony Ly and the suspect is James Vincent Rinkines.
Rinkines is believed to be in the company of his girlfriend, Rose Shutz, and driving a Gray 2011 Dodge Avenger with NC license plate number BBV-6158.
Authorities believe him to be armed and dangerous.
