HICKORY, NC — A suspect wanted for the murder of 36-year-old Tony Ly was arrested in Baltimore, Maryland Friday morning.
Deputies say James Rinkines has charged with Murder, and Rose Shutz was also arrested and charged with Accessory After The Fact. Rinkines and Shutz were arrested by the Maryland Transportation Authority Police without incident, officials say, and are currently being held in Baltimore.
According to reports, Tony Ly was found dead on Whitener Road around 10:15pm Thursday. Deputies have not said what lead to the incident.
