The Sea Island Media also posted this video of flooding in the Charleston/Folly Beach area.

IRMA UPDATE: Folly Beach is approaching high tide at 12:15 on the outer coast. 10'+ waves and heavy wind are pounding the coastline causing sea walls to breach and roads to flood. Low tide will show full extent of damage and flooding. Stay tuned for another update this afternoon.
