Apple’s new tech comes in the middle of a nasty lawsuit over an iPhone 6 design flaw. Apple argues in court that it’s only responsible for making sure the phones last one year… which is the default warranty on the phones.

Critics are also saying that with every new phone release… older phones are forgotten and eventually can’t take the software upgrades. Is the thousand bucks worth it… when you have to upgrade so much?
