Several Soldiers Injured After Explosion At Fort Bragg

FORT BRAGG, N.C. — Several soldiers have been injured after an explosion happened Thursday morning at Fort Bragg.

An Army spokesman says special operations soldiers were injured in the explosion during a training exercise.

According to Lt. Col. Rob Bockholt, the soldiers were taken to the Womack Army Medical Center for treatment.

Bockholdt didn’t yet know the number of soldiers injured or the extent of those injuries. He also could not say what exactly caused them.
