CHARLOTTE, N.C. — State health leaders say a second person in Rock Hill has tested positive for the West Nile Virus.
A pest company will spray for mosquitoes in a one-mile area around Baylor Drive at 8 p.m. tonight.
Crews sprayed in the Oakdale neighborhood last month.
