Chemical Fire Breaks Out Near Old Concord Road
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Several roads in vicinty closed to traffic on Old Concord and Orr Road due to a chemical fire.
The fire reportedly broke out right before 8 a.m. atΒ 6101 Orr Road,Β near Old Concord Road, and was considered a 3 alarm fire by 8:19 a.m.
Over 50 firefightersΒ were on the scene and able to control the blaze around 8:34 a.m. with no injuries reported.
Hazmat crews and now on the scene and the incident under is under investigation.
