Don’t interrupt and try to control the conversation.
Focus on the present.
Don’t bring up old grievances, it just makes the argument worse.
Don’t lash out.
Name calling only takes attention from the problem.
And finally, say you’re sorry.
It’s the quickest way to resolve a conflict.
