CHARLOTTE, N.C. — CMPD has charged a suspect in the shooting death of Jonathan Cauthen last month in northwest Charlotte.
30-year-old Reginald Wilson was arrested Friday and charged with Cauthen’s murder after an interview with detectives. He was also charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
The shooting happened around 2:55am on September 28th on Catherine Simmons Avenue. Police say they found Jonathan Dominique Cauthen shot, and pronounced him dead on the scene.
