CHARLOTTE, NC –Police have charged a 39-year-old Charlotte man after a woman said she saw him peeping through her apartment window early Thursday morning.
Kinte Cathey was arrested when officers responded to a secret peeping call around 5:49am on Montgomery Gardens Drive. Officers say they found him looking into the victim’s apartment when they arrived.
Cathey has been charged with Secret Peeping.
