CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A man has died a week after being struck by a vehicle in the Steele Creek area.
Police say Mark Alan St. Clair, 61, died from his injuries on October 12th, 2017 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
The accident happened on October 4th, 2017 at about 8:13 a.m.
Investigators say the victim was attempting to cross the roadwayΒ in the 2500 block of Water Ridge Parkway when the vehicle struck him.Β The crash area was not in a marked crosswalk.
Neither alcohol nor speed were factors in the crash.
