GASTON COUNTY, N.C. — Neighbors tell WCCB that a man on oxygen died after his home caught fire late Friday afternoon in the Gaston County town of Lowell.
A witness said that several people tried to get the man, whose name has not been released, out of the burning house before firefighters arrived.
Officials say the Gaston County Fire Marshal is investigating what caused the fire on McAdenville Road at N. Oak St.
