MONROE, NC — A 23-year-old man is facing multiple charges after deputies seize weapons and drugs from his home Tuesday.
Caleb Mullis is charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Felony Possession of Marijuana, Felony Maintain Dwelling Trafficking Opium or Heroin, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver within 1000 Feet of a School Zone, and Felony Possession of Schedule VI Extract.
Officers say they seized around 68.5 grams of marijuana, 17 grams of Oxycodone 30mg, two handguns, drug paraphernalia, and a large sum of money while executing a search warrant Tuesday at Mullis’ Cherry Street home.
Mullis was given a $50,000 bond.
