Hickory Police Make Arrest In Two Armed Robberies
The Latest:
Police say they arrested a suspect responsible for two robberies in the Hickory area.
On October 26th, a robbery was reported at Little Caesars on 12th Avenue NE just after 2pm.Β The suspect vehicle was located nearby and arrested.Β He has been identified as Anthony Jordan.
Jordan has also been accused of committing the robbery at Boost Mobile that occurred on October 25th.Β He has been charged with two counts of armed robbery and is being held in jail on a $50,000 bond.

HICKORY, N.C. — Police are searching for a suspect responsible for the robbery at a Boost Mobile store in Hickory, North Carolina.
Officers responded to a call for service on October 25,2017 around 7:55 P.M., regarding an armed robbery at the Boost Mobile store located 2501 Springs Road NE, Hickory.
The store clerk stated the suspect entered the business pulled out a hand gun and demanded money.Β The suspect fled the scene after taking the money.
The suspect is described as a black male, about five feet eight inches tall, with facial hair and approximately 20 to 30 years old.Β He was wearing a white construction hat, bandage across his nose, sunglasses, red shirt, black hoodie, faded blue jeans and white tennis shoes.Β The suspect appears to have right leg disability.Β His right leg is smaller than his left leg and his right foot turns out at an angle when he walks.
