Kids Take To The Streets For Halloween Fun

CHARLOTTE, NC — It’s a night of costumes and candy for kids across the WCCB viewing area as trick-or-treaters come out in full force.

Kids dressed up in their scariest and cutest costumes on Winter Street tonight. Parents say neighbors go all out with decorating, which brings in hundreds of kids to join in the fun.

Neighbors also block off the road every year so kids can run around safely.
