BOONE, NC — A 42-year-old man faces multiple charges related to child pornography after a multi-agency Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Investigation.
On Friday, Timothy Hardin was arrested and charged with one count of Felony Attempted 1st Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and two counts of Felony 2nd Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. According to officials, the investigation began when detectives were alerted to an individual who was seeking and receiving child pornography.
Hardin was arrested on November 24th at his home on Quail Ridge Lane, and was given a $100,000 secured bond.
