TAMPA, FL. — A 24 year old man is behind bars facing murder charges in a string of recent homicides in Tampa.
Police say Brian Dungan will be charged with four counts of first degree murder in connection to four deaths in the Seminole Heights neighborhood.
Police said the shootings could be the work of a serial killer.
