ACC Mascots Descend Upon Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center During Championship Weekend
CHARLOTTE, NC — On Friday, all 14 of the ACC mascots descended upon Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center to visit with team members and patients.
Smiles were had all around as the mascots visited every single floor of the 597 bed hospital. UNC and Boston College trekked across the street to visit team members at Novant Health Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital, and the Clemson tiger brought smiles to families at Hemby Childrenβs Hospital.
“This is a very special event for all of us here at Novant Health,” said chief nursing officer,Β Kelli Sadler. “We want to thank the ACC for their partnership, the mascots for being here, and our leadership for supporting events like these to celebrate our truly remarkable team members.”
Tomorrow, Clemson will play Miami in the Dr. Pepper ACC Football Championship game. Novant Health is proud to partner with the Charlotte Sports Foundation to support the ACC football championship here in Charlotte.
