Police Charge Two Suspect In Series Of Armed Robberies

CHARLOTTE, NC– Police have charged two suspects for their involvement in a series of armed robberies in November.

Police say on November 24th, they responded to a home invasion call where the victims told police that two suspects broke into their home and robbed them at gunpoint.

Later that evening, officers responded to a robbery where the victim advised police that while he was delivering pizzas he was approached by two male suspects who robbed him at gunpoint.

On November 29th, officers say they responded to a breaking and entering call on Longhedge Lane.  The caller advised police that two male suspects had entered the house.  Responding officers located and arrested the suspects as they attempted to flee the residence.  Both suspects were armed with guns.http://www.wccbcharlotte.com/wp-admin/post-new.php#

The suspects, identified as Malique Harold-Fuller, 19, and a 15 year-old juvenile, were both interviewed by detectives.

At the conclusion of the interviews, Fuller was transported to the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with 3 counts of Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, 2 counts of Felony Breaking and Entering, 3 counts of Conspiracy, 2 counts of 2nd Degree Kidnapping, and 2 counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Authorities say a secure custody order was obtained for the juvenile, who was also charged with the 3 counts of Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, 2 counts of Felony Breaking and Entering, 3 counts of Conspiracy, 2 counts of 2nd Degree Kidnapping, and 2 counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
