CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are asking for help finding 67-year-old Bettie McMurray who suffers from cognitive issues. 
McMurray was reported missing shortly after 5pm Friday. Officials say McMurray’s daughter last saw her at the Circle G restaurant on Rozzelles Ferry Road around 12pm.
She is described as a black female, 5 feet 2 inches, 124 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair. McMurray was last seen wearing a white sweater with multi-colored flowers, grey sweatpants, and carrying a large grey purse.
Officials say she has been known to use the CATS bus system in the past.
A Silver Alert has been issued for McMurray. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600 or 911.
