CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The man charged in connection with the death of a 3-year-old in Eastern North Carolina faces a judge today.
Investigators are considering upgrading Earl Kimrey’s charges, now that they believe they’ve found Mariah Wood’s body.
Kimrey was dating the 3 year old’s mother. He was arrested Saturday.
