Group Rallies Together For Bus Route
CHARLOTTE, NC– A west Charlotte community is demanding the city give them a bus route on Sundays.
Supporters held a rally Sunday morning at Ingle Avenue across from Interstate 85.
They say seniors, veterans and families rely on the bus to get to work but no buses run on Sunday.
The group has gathered dozens of signatures on a petition and plan to bring it to city council.
