One Person Shot, Injured After Alleged Robbery In East Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department says one person was robbed and shot Saturday night in east Charlotte.

At approximately 8:12 p.m., officers responded to a robbery in the 3700 block of E W.T. Harris Boulevard.

Officials say the victim has a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

No arrest has been made at this time.
