CHARLOTTE, NC — CMPD is looking for a man wanted on 29 outstanding felony warrants.
According to police, the company Sydney Ellis, 30, works for has accused him of selling company materials to local recycling centers and then pocketing the money. Apex Companies LLC says that since September Ellis has allegedly been picking up materials from the company and selling them at local recycling plants rather than delivering them to their I-77 construction sites.
Detectives have issued 29 felony warrants on Ellis charging him with Larceny By Employee.
