TAYLORSVILLE, NC — Police need help locating 68-year-old David Raymond Brown, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Brown was last seen at 901 Highway 16 South. He is described as a white male, 5 feet 8 inches, 150 pounds, with short blonde hair and blue eyes.
Officials say Brown was last seen wearing a grey zip up jacket, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes.
