It seems like more holiday traditions are dying… there are fewer people buying wrapping paper. A new survey says, more people would rather get a present with no wrapping at all because they’re worried about the environment. One in three people are replacing Christmas card with social media. More than two-thirds of Americans say, “Merry Christmas” but fewer are celebrating the holiday compared to two years ago.
A British survey says most families are dropping holiday traditions because they’re too busy. Some of those surveyed will be testing out their gifts on the 25th. But most will be shopping on Christmas Day… others will be skipping the big dinner. Those are among a list of changes.. why are all of these holiday traditions going away?
