Mooresville Woman Assaults Deputies Responding To Reports Of A Dispute

IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — A Mooresville woman has been charged with assaulting Iredell County deputies after officers were called to her home in regards to a dispute.

On Tuesday, December 19, 2017, Iredell County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to reports of loud arguing near 131 Picwyck Drive in Mooresville.

As they approached, the deputies heard loud arguing and cursing inside the residence.  Officers say the garage door opened and several people came out of the home.

One of the occupants was the resident, Karma Ramerez, 23, who deputies say began yelling and cursing at them.

Officers say Ramerez refused to calm down, told them to get off her property because she had not called them, and threatened to kill them.
