Three Teens Arrested For Robbing, Shooting 15-Year-Old In Rock Hill

ROCK HILL, S.C. — Three teens have been arrested after a 15-year-old boy was shot in the stomach in Rock Hill Tuesday afternoon.

Devan Johnson, 17, has been arrested and charged with Attempted Armed Robbery, Attempted Murder, Criminal Conspiracy, Possession of a Firearm During a Crime of Violence, Possession of a Pistol by a Person Under 18, and Simple Possession Of Marijuana

Elijah McKnight,17, was arrested and charged with Attempted Armed Robbery, Criminal Conspiracy, Possession Of A Firearm During A Crime Of Violence, Possession Of A Pistol by a Person Under 18, and Possession of a Stolen Pistol.

Ahlaysha Locke,18, was arrested and charged with Attempted Armed Robbery, Criminal Conspiracy, and Simple Possession Of Marijuana.

Police say the shooting happened on a walking rail near Sunset Drive and Allen Street.  The assailants allegedly tried to rob the victim of marijuana and personal effects and Devan Johnson shot the victim during the robbery.

The victim is being treated for non-life threatening injuries at Carolinas Medical Center.
