STATESVILLE, N.C. — An Iredell County registered sex offender wanted for failing to notify authorities of an address change has been arrested.
Kyle Stutts, 27, was placed on the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Most Wanted List on September 26, 2017. This week, deputies received a tip regarding Stutts’ whereabouts.
He was placed on the sex offender registry after being convicted of Indecent Liberties with a Child in 2011.

Stutts was located and arrested at 375 Brookfield Drive in Statesville. He is charged with Failure to Notify Address Change, Possession with Intent To Sell and Deliver Marijuana and Fictitious Info to Officer.
