Chance for Midweek Snow, Plus, Big Temperature Changes This Week

MLK Day’s shaping up to be dry but chilly, so bring a jacket if you’re participating in outdoor activities. Expect morning temps to stay below freezing until nearly noon, then warm to nearly 40Β° during the afternoon.

A cold front’s racing toward us and will mean snow chances for the mountains Tuesday and snow chances area wide Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. Right now, the chance is about 30%, and I don’t expect much accumulation. We do warm up in time for the weekend hitting the 60s by Sunday.

MLK Day: Plenty of sunshine. High 39Β°.

Monday Night: Mostly Clear: Low 24Β°.

Tuesday: Partly cloudy: High 50Β°.

Wednesday:Β  30% chance for snow showers.Β  High 37Β°.
