Colder Temperatures and a Chance for Snow Wednesday.

Plenty of sunshine for the next couple of days, but temps definitely running cooler than over the weekend.  Highs today land right around 40° with the low dropping all the way to the teens.  MLK Day sees a near repeat of Sunday.

A cold front makes it’s push toward North Carolina on Tuesday.  It brings a chance for snow in the mountains and rain for the rest of us during the day, and then snow may break out across the entire region late Tuesday and Wednesday.  Don’t expect much accumulation.  However, temps take a hit with Charlotte ending up in the mid 30s for highs and teens for lows.  Good news for next weekend. Temps warm back to the 50s, and we get more sunshine.

Today:  Sunny.  High 40°.

Tonight:  Cold and clear.  Low 18°.

MLK Day:  Lots of sunshine.  High 41°.

Monday Night:  Mostly clear.  Low 25°.
