Huntersville Town Manager Resigns Amid Accusations Of Assaulting One Of His Children
HUNTERSVILLE, NC — The town manager is out of the job after being accused of assaulting one of his children over the weekend.
Gerald Vincent resigned Monday afternoon amid the allegations. He is accused of assaulting one of his children at their home on Brandie Meadow Lane Sunday night.
The Huntersville Mayor says he is disappointed and accepting Vincent’s resignation is the best option.
Jackie Huffman will serve as interim town manager until officials can find a replacement.
