CHARLOTTE, NC – Police say the man who flashed a little girl Tuesday at a south Charlotte elementary school is in custody.
Feliciano Guardado Ramirez, 45, turned himself in to police Friday after being identified as the suspect.
The incident happened around 1:46pm on January 23rd at the Park Road Montessori School on Haven Drive. Police say Ramirez exposed himself to an 8-year-old girl and started masturbating after he parked his vehicle close to the school’s playground and got her attention.
A teacher reported the incident to police after the little girl told her what happened.
The teacher was able to get a description of Ramirez’s vehicle, which investigators used to identify him as the suspect.
Ramirez is charged with felony indecent exposure and felony indecent liberties with a minor.
