Edge On The Clock: School Is Paying Kids Not To Fight

Kids in Philadelphia are being bribed to stay out of trouble.
The principal at an elementary school says she will personally pay each 8th grader $100 if they make it through the year without fighting.

Suspensions at the school are down 17% from this time last year.

Plus, police in Connecticut caught a woman who admitted to using the restroom in the middle of a cul-de-sac three separate times and Ohio father is being investigated for child abuse after allegedly forced his 13-year-old daughter to cut off all her hair because she got highlights.
