More legal troubles for Heather Locklear.
The actress bailed out of jail Monday morning after she was arrested Sunday for domestic violence and assaulting police.
Locklear was reportedly fighting with her boyfriend when deputies arrived at her home.
She’s accused of kicking three deputies who tried to take her into custody.

Locklear was previously arrested in 2008 for suspicion of driving under the influence.
