UNION COUNTY, N.C. — Police are searching for a missing 12-year-old boy in Union County Wednesday.
Chancellor Ashton Kelly was last seen around 4:40 pm Tuesday afternoon wearing black shirt, khaki pants, and black Jordan’s.
Chancellor lives in Indian Trail on Salmon River Drive in the Meriwether neighborhood and attends Sun Valley Middle School. He was last seen walking away from home going toward the pool area.
Deputies believe Chancellor left his home voluntarily but has not returned. They are currently searching the area extensively but have not located him.
