CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are looking for 37-year-old Charles Penninger.
Penninger is wanted on multiple charges including Common Law Robbery, Felony Breaking and Entering, Felony Conspiracy, Damage to Property, and Interfering with an Electronic Monitoring Device.
Police say he cut off his monitor on Thursday in the area of Mount Holly-Huntersville Road at Beatties Ford Road. He is described as a white male, six feet tall and 250 pounds.
