CPCC Student Claims She Was Sexually Assaulted On Campus In February, Security Services Now Investigating

CHARLOTTE, NC — Central Piedmont Community College Security Services is investigating an alleged sexual assault that took place back in February.

Officials say a report was filed Wednesday about an incident that took place on February 26th. According to the report, a female student said that a male student she knew forced her into a second-floor stairwell in the Overcash Building and began touching her inappropriately.

CPCC Security Services and the college’s Title IX office are investigating the incident.
