More Than Half The Country Admits To Shopping Drunk

Nearly half of Americans admit to getting drunk and then shopping on-line.
It’s an expensive habit that appears to be getting worse.

Americans spent more than $30 billion on drunk purchases last year.
According to study by Finder.com, tipsy shoppers spent around $450 each in 2017, which was double the amount from 2016.

Men on average spent twice as much as women after throwing back a few.
So what are the tipsy shoppers buying?
Most are spending it on something to eat.
60% bought food, while quarter of Americans admitted to buying clothes and shoes while intoxicated.
That’s just a little more than the number who say they gambled drunk.
