CHARLOTTE, N.C. — As part of Goodwill’s mission to help people find and secure family-sustaining employment, Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont will host two job fairs concurrently on March 15 in Charlotte and Gastonia.
The job fair at the Leon Levine Opportunity Center on the Goodwill Opportunity Campus in Charlotte will bring employers seeking candidates for general warehouse, equipment operator, truck and bus driver, mail carrier and material handler positions. With more than a dozen companies planning to attend, job seekers will meet hiring representatives from the following employers:
· AAA Carolinas
· Alsco
· American & Efird
· Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools (Transportation Department)
· Conn’s
· Frito-Lay
· Loomis
· Pactiv
· Piedmont Airlines
· Snyder’s-Lance
· Two Men and A Truck
· USPS
One of the job fairs will be held at the Goodwill Opportunity Campus on Wilkinson Boulevard beginning at 10 a.m. and another at the Goodwill Job Connection in Gastonia featuring hiring reps from GSM Services beginning at 10 a.m.
All job-seekers are welcome to attend these open-house job fair events.
