CHESTER, SC — Police have charged a 22-year-old man in connection to a homicide that occurred over the weekend.
Ja’Mario Peay is charged with Manslaughter and Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime.
Around 4:42pm Sunday, police say Keera Young was shot in the torso at a home on Pine Street. Young was taken to a local hospital for treatment, but later died from her injuries.
