FORT MILL, SC — A 36-year-old York County man is facing multiple charges related to the creation and distribution of child pornography.
Christopher Ryan Dye was arrested Sunday on nine charges related to the exploitation of minors. Investigators say Dye was creating and distributing child porn.
He is charged with two counts of First Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and seven counts of Second Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
If convicted on all counts, officials say Dye could face up to 110 years in prison.
