Former Saints Cheerleader Files Discrimination Complaint

A former New Orleans Saints cheerleader says she was fired over an Instagram post.
Bailey Davis told the New York Times she was fired after she posted to her private account back in January.
The picture showed her in a one-piece swimsuit.
Saints officials say she broke a rule that keeps cheerleaders from appearing nude, semi-nude or in lingerie.
According to the Times, the Saints have a lot of rules that penalized the cheerleaders, but not the players.

Cheerleaders are required to block players from their social media accounts.
They are also required to leave a restaurant or bar if a player shows up.
And the cheerleaders are barely allowed to talk to the players, limiting their conversations to ‘hello’ and ‘good game.’

Bailey Davis has now filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, claiming gender discrimination.
